Roast pear wrapped in pancetta  served with cider marinated pineapple and chive oil

Ham hock terrine with Cumberland sauce and toast

Smoked chicken and chilli cake with polenta crust  served over red onion marmalade and mixed leaves

Mixed salad of mackerel escabeché and marinated crayfish

 Grilled lamb chops on sweet potato mash, mange tout and red wine jus

Pan-fried chicken supreme topped with blue cheese, served with herb roasted potatoes and a pepper, onion cream sauce

Breaded pork medallions on spiced egg noodles, sautéed bacon and cabbage, drizzled with pine nut and parsley dressing

Sautéed mushrooms served in a filo tartlet with picked herbs,  crisp potatoes and a truffle oil butter sauce

Pan-fried seabass with roasted courgette, onion and prawn salad and crushed potatoes, laced with balsamic reduction
