Healthy Break
Orange and grapefruit juice, decaffeinated coffee,
selection of teas and a fruit bowl - £6.50 per person.
These are alternatives to the normal tea/coffee and
biscuit breaks. This must be organised 10 days prior to
the event, supplementary charges apply. |

A selection of sandwiches with hot savouries e.g.
sausage rolls, onion bhajis, chicken nuggets, mini

Buffet B - Salad Buffet
A selection of salads served with a cold meat platter
and jacket potatoes. Fresh fruit bowl & coffee £13.95
Buffet C - Hot & Cold Buffet
A selection of salads, cold meat platter and chef's dish
of the day. Fresh fruit bowl & coffee £16.50
Buffet A is included in the delegate packages,
when buffets B or C are chosen a supplement will be
charged accordingly.
Please state clearly your preference of menu on
each day of your conference when confirming your
booking. Confirmed bookings that have not stated their
menu choice will automatically receive buffet A.
